Problem

I want to copy a Fall 2024 or Spring 2025 Moodle course into my Fall 2025 course.

Environment

The article applies to Gustavus Moodle users.

Resolution

1. Log into Moodle at https://moodle.gac.edu/ 
2. Open your Fall 2025 semester course
3. Click More in the upper right and select Course Reuse
4. Select Import from the drop down
5. Select your Fall 2024 or Spring 2025 course you would like to copy over and click Continue
6. Recommended: If you want everything copied over, keep the default options selected and click Jump to final step.
7. If you want to pick and choose what you want copied over, keep the default options selected and click Next. Go through the prompts selecting the items you want.
8. If you prefer GTS complete this for you, please fill out this request form: https://gustavus.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/69/Portal/Requests/TicketRequests/NewForm?ID=Yc4KGnu-ugg_&RequestorType=ServiceOffering 

Cause

If you are setting up a Moodle page for a current course that was previously offered, resources from the previous course page can be reused.
