Add HP Printers to an Employee Computer (Windows)

Problem

I would like to add an HP printer to my Gustavus owned Windows computer

 

Environment

The article applies to Gustavus owned Windows machines

 

Resolution

  1. Navigate to the Windows search bar

  2. Type \\marco-hp.gustie.gac.edu

  3. Double click on the printer you want installed

  4. Enter your Gustavus credentials

 

Cause

GTS manages a server that hosts all printers which you can install.
