How do I print at the American Swedish Institute?

Problem

I need to print while I am at the American Swedish Institute

 

Environment

The article applies to current Gustavus community members with an active Gustavus account

 

Resolution

In order to print at the American Swedish institute, you will need the ASI-HP printer installed. To install it:

 

Windows

  1. Click the Windows key on your keyboard
  2. Type \\marco-hp.gustie.gac.edu
  3. Double click ASI-HP
  4. This will install the printer and you can proceed to print normally 

 

macOS

  1. Open Software Center
  2. Click Install next to ASI-HP in the list of available software.
  3. This will install the printer and you can proceed to print normally 

 

Cause

You must install the specific printer at the American Swedish Institute.
