I have forgotten my Gustavus Account Password

The article applies to Gustavus account holders that have an alternative email on record.

 

Resolution


This tool has been disabled. If you have forgotten your passphrase and would like to choose another, please stop by or contact the Technology Helpline at 507-933-6111 for assistance. We will assist in person or take your call Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Please note, password resets require identity verification. To be prepared, bring a photo ID with you to the Helpline (located in Olin Hall) or have a photo ID and a web-cam enabled device available during your call.
