Using the Password Self-Reset Feature

I have forgotten my Gustavus Account Password

 

Environment


The article applies to Gustavus account holders that have an alternative email on record.

 

Resolution


  1. Visit https://gustavus.edu/account
  2. Supply your Gustavus username, and click RESET PASSWORD.
  3. A confirmation email will be sent to your alternate e-mail address letting you know your request was received and that the Helpline will reach out to you during normal business hours.
