Problem

When printing documents on the Konica Minolta printers on campus, the print out is misaligned/angled on the page.

Environment

The article applies to Gustavus printers.

Resolution

When printouts are printed and misaligned, please contact the Technology Helpline. Technology Helpline staff will readjust the guide tabs in the paper tray. If after hours or during the weekend, a workaround would be to use the manual feed tray on the printer or try using a different printer on campus, however we would ask the you send helpline@gustavus.edu an email indicating the problem.

Cause

The guide tabs on the tray can be moved, and if not positioned properly, the printer will print with various degrees of misaligned printing.
