How do I find backup codes for my Gustavus Google Account for Google Authentication (2-Step Verification)?

Environment

The article applies to Gustavus Google accounts.

Resolution

1. Log into your Google Account - https://myaccount.google.com/
2. Click Security
3. Click 2-Step Verification
4. Click Backup Codes
5. Print or Download

Cause

There may be times when you do not have your device with you, and will need to use a backup code to access your account.
