How do I Open a Private (Incognito) Browser Window?

The article applies to Google Chrome.

 

Resolution


1. Click on the three dots in the upper-right corner of a Chrome window.

2. Select "New Incognito Window"

Cause


Community member is seeing a problem online. By using an incognito window this will allow them to test if the problem is tied to their account or tied to the site they're trying to access. Incognito or private browsing is also a useful tool when at a public computer to add additional security.
