Problem

My Vizio TV is not connecting to the Gustavus wireless network.

Environment

The article applies to Gustavus students, faculty, and staff.

Resolution

The Technology Helpline has received many reports of Vizio TVs not connecting to the Gustavus wireless network. We recommend using a different streaming device, such as a Roku, AppleTV, etc, to connect your TV to wireless streaming services. 

Cause

Some Vizio TVs have wireless networking that is not compatible with the Gustavus network.
